Cancellation Policy

We realize that sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment and kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations / rescheduling.

Failure to cancel your appointment within the appropriate time frame will constitute a 50% charge of the service. We thank you for your cooperation and continued support in allowing us to be able to do what we love.

Late Policy and No Shows


If you're running late, please know that I will do my best to accommodate you, however if you are running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to alter or eliminate some services. If the lateness does not allow for any or all services to be rendered, the $50 rebooking fee per service will apply to reschedule.

No-shows will be charged 50% of all services booked before an appointment can be made. First time guests who no-show on their initial appointment will be unable to reschedule or book any future appointments online. This ensures that my time is all accounted for, and so that people eager to come in are able to get a spot without any wasted time.

Services Guarantee and Refunds


I am committed to, and guarantee, the highest level of satisfaction for my guests. I do not offer refunds for services rendered, however, if you are having any challenges/ unsatisfied with any services provided to you, please let me know within 7 days of your appointment and I will gladly invite you back in to make adjustments at no additional charge. This does not apply if I provided a service we both agreed upon in your consultation and you've changed your mind.
